WP Track & Field Qualifies for State Championship Meet

Five Whitney Point Track & Field athletes qualified for the state championship meet at the Section IV Championship meet at Union-Endicott High School, June 3-4.

The State meet will be held at Webster Schroeder High School, June 13-14.

Dylan Whitney qualified in the Boys' 200-meter dash with a school record-breaking time of 22.15 seconds.

Payton Martin qualified in the Girls' 400-meter dash with a school record-breaking time of 57.6 seconds.

The Girls 4x400-meter relay, run by Addison Feathers, Ava Oliver, Madeline Zehr, and Payton Martin, qualified and broke the school record with a time of 4:07.15.
